Torsion (Twist) and Double-Torsion Springs

Torsion springs are designed to withstand twisting forces (hence their name – torsion). They provide a high degree of elasticity and are reliable across a wide range of applications. A special type of torsion springs is the double-torsion spring. These have two separate twisting segments that are combined into one spring. This design allows the spring to absorb higher twisting forces while providing greater flexibility and resistance compared to single torsion springs. Torsion springs are made from solid wire coiled into a spiral shape – through twisting force, the spring twists and stores energy.

For wire diameters over 13 mm – up to 55 mm from material quality 50 Cr V4

The delivery time is up to eight weeks from the date of receiving the order.
